A Message From the Founder

The Founder.

Ro's journey was shaped by hard work, strong values, and a family that led by example. Raised in a supportive household, his parents instilled in him the importance of discipline, integrity, and always looking out for others.

Coming up, he learned early that nothing was given. It had to be earned. Through barbering, Ro found more than a craft. He found purpose. The chair became a space for connection, guidance, and real impact.

Being surrounded by support taught him the importance of giving it back. That foundation became Ro Cares, where helping others, building community, and creating opportunity isn't just something we do. It's who we are.

Message From the People.

My son and I truly enjoyed participating in both the Ro Cares Back to School Drive and the Cool Kids Gala. Both events brought together a wonderful mix of organizations and attendees, making it a pleasure to connect and engage with everyone. Catering was provided at both venues, and helpful information was shared for both youth and adults. The foundation takes great pride in these events, their heartfelt focus on what truly matters, especially the youth, makes them stand out.

A spectacular Gala!! Very heartwarming to see the impact this event made in the hearts of all the children that were present. They felt so special being all dressed/dolled up, socializing with everyone and dancing the evening away. It was all about love.
